Holy Grail: Maybelline New York Line Stiletto Liquid Eyeliner

I’ve found my holy grail eyelineeeerrrr!!

I’ve always loved playing with eyeliners, especially my blue and purple eyeliner.  Lately I’ve been wanting a basic black eyeliner.  My first black eyeliner purchase was a no go (I will mostly likely make a separate blog post about that eyeliner at a later time).  This eyeliner, however…I can’t say enough good things about this eyeliner.

This is the Maybelline New York Line Stiletto Liquid Eyeliner.  Oh my, oh my, oh my, this is good stuff.  I don’t know what it is about this eyeliner, but the application is so so easy!  I’ve never had such an easy time applying eyeliner.  For reference, my blue, purple, and first black eyeliner were all pencils.  Maybe I just have an easier time with liquid liners?

The other thing I love about this eyeliner is that it doesn’t get all over my eyelashes.  When I wipe off my eyeliner, I know that I’m indeed getting it all off.  When I wake up in the morning, I don’t have panda eyes from residues that were stuck on my eyelashes migrating to my face overnight – unsightly!

This is about how thick and dark the line is after one application.

Lastly, I love the staying power of this eyeliner.  If I forget and rub the corners of my eyes, the wingtips may fade a little, but otherwise, the eyeliner stays put all day.  It stays put on your skin all day, but at the same time is super easy to remove with water or makeup wipes.  Weird, but win-win!

    1. Thank you! I just read your post on your top 5 high end products and I’m with you on the Tarte blush. I have the shade Glisten and I love it. Thanks agan!
